Pickle juice! – Strange as it may seem, And no! You don’t need to be pregnant!
The benefit of Pickle juice is renown for preventing muscle cramps, and also helps to settle an upset stomach.
You just need to poor juice from your pickle jar into a small glass.
I must Admit, Taste is an issue. Adding thin slices of cucumber may dilute the vinegary taste.
Cucumber slices are just an addition and do not necessarily need to be eaten.

Raw potatoes!
You can bite into a raw potato just like if you were eating an apple,
but if can juice it, it’s even better.
Take one potato don’t peel it, mix with 2 small carrots and 1/4 of an apple is a great drink for easing upset stomach pain.

Milk! – Drinking a cold glass of milk will help you digest better.
However, please understand this! If your digestive system produces too much acid, the milk will worsen or do nothing for you.
On the other hand, if your system is not producing enough acid, it will probably be one of the best natural heartburn products you can use.

Baking soda! – Take 1/2 teaspoon or if you’re the brave type, 1 teaspoon spoon of baking soda in a ½ glass of water.

Word of caution, if you have high blood pressure don’t try it, go for something with less sodium in it.

Cabbage! – Cook in a medium casserole, small chunks of cabbage with potatoes not peeled for 10 minutes.
If you desire, you could add olive oil. The combination of both ingredients soothes and relieves heartburn symptoms.

First! – If you’re eating 2 big meals a day, you are forcing your digestive system into working overtime. Give your stomach a brake, and split your meals in smaller portions. Eat 4 times or even 6 times a day rather than 2, will do wonders to your digestive disorders.

Second! – Don’t forget to masticate properly. Not Chewing enough before swallowing is one of the top reasons why you have heartburns to begin with. If you masticate less than 15 times, you are not helping yourself, especially if you’re eating a steak or something similar. An average of 30 to 40 chews will do the job.

Third! – I know this is a big one! However, if you just cannot quit smoking, at least try to reduce the daily number of cigarettes.

Fourth! – Put your running shoes on, get yourself into gear, and start exercising regularly. Don’t go crazy, begin with 15 minutes 3 to 4 times a week, and increase your time gradually until you reach 30 to 45 minutes a day.
Exercise first thing in the morning, right after you wake up. Don’t hesitate, don’t even think about it, just get into the habit of doing it.
Condition your mind in believing that you need to do this in order to regain your normal life.
Give yourself a goal and don’t stop until you reach it.

Waking up to morning exercise is always the best way to keep on doing them, I do suggest adopting this line of mentality: just do it, get it out of the way, and continue with your daily chores.
